Dear Dohm's Pat-Ch Greenhouse Friends & Family...
First and foremost, I would like to extend my sincerest Thank You to each and every one of you. Last year, when we opened the greenhouse back up, it was so great to see and visit with so many of you... this Dohm's Pat-Ch family is an amazing group of people, it's no wonder Charlie loved doing this! The world certainly needs more just like you.
Unfortunately, I have made the decision to close the greenhouses permanently. It is just too much, and I simply cannot do it any more. I am VERY proud of Audra (as is her dad looking down, I'm sure) and the job she did in managing the greenhouse last year and growing some beautiful plants. She learned well, that's for sure.
With all that being said, the greenhouses will be for sale, as will at least part of the farm. If you are interested, please contact me LATER in the spring for more information. (Maybe with Michigan's new law, who knows, someone may want to grow something else.)
For those of you that will undoubtedly want to know where to buy the kind of plants that Dohm's Pat-Ch was known for.... all I can say is this: Audra, Rennie & I will be taking a leisurely drive to Orland, Indiana to visit The Garden Shed. If you make the trip, please tell Mark that you heard it from us!
Again, thank you so much for your loyalty, friendship and support. This has not been a decision that was made easily, and many tears have been shed in coming to it.
But it's time.
