The best coffee starts with understanding your machine ☕️

Grind size plays a major role in extraction, flavor, and overall cup quality. Too fine, and your coffee can taste bitter or over-extracted. Too coarse, and it may taste weak or sour.

Our Talos 20 features 27 grind settings, giving you the flexibility to dial in your brew whether you’re pulling espresso, making pour-over, or steeping a French press.

A few things to keep in mind:
• Different beans may require different grind settings
• Roast level, freshness, humidity, and personal taste all impact the ideal grind
• These ranges are a starting point—not a strict rule

Use this guide as a reference, then adjust until you find the cup that tastes best to you.
