It’s not because I’ve wanted to be a baker ever since i was a kid…
It’s not because I watched the Swedish chef as a kid ( maybe subconsciously ) and it’s definitely not because of the hours…( definitely not that ) it’s being creative & making good food and always trying to improve & most importantly 
the joy on your faces when you say WOW! “That is the best I have ever had!!”
and for me bringing Joy to others ALWAYS COMES BACK AROUND!
