Magic Salts & their uses ~

Black Salt: protection, removal & banishment of negative energy

Himalayan Pink Salt: family, friendship, heartbreak, love & romance magick

Sea Salt: purifying, cleansing, releasing negative emotions, protecting & a great offering to sea spirits & deities

Table Salt: circle casting, banishing, cleansing, purifying, gets rid of negative energies & protection magick

Here are some ideas to help build your herbal apothecary.

-Calendula: useful for many skin issues but also handy for teas and other herbal infusions.

-Echinacea: a well-loved herb for use during cold and flu. Great for tinctures and teas. I like to keep both the root and leaf on hand.

-Nettle Leaf: Nettle is a great support during allergy season, but also makes a wonderful all-round tonic for everyday wellness. Is wonderful in infusions and teas.

In the beginning it’s very unlikely that you will need more than a few ounces of anything. I now buy one pound of a couple of things, but even then, only once in a while.
1-2 ounces of the “fluffy” herbs and 2-3 ounces of the heavier roots and berries.
