💚 My latest green smoothie obsession!

I just finished the new Chocothérapy packaging! The accent over the “é” gives it a touch of French flair and reminds me of my years living and working in France designing packaging.

After a career in packaging design and 15 years at M&M Mars, it’s so rewarding to see this vision come to life. Sometimes the smallest details make all the difference.

🎥 A little flashback from years before Luv Superfoods existed…

Back then, I was building a website called Get Well America. My mission was simple: help people understand how powerful food can be.

After struggling with migraines for years, I discovered that certain ingredients in processed foods were triggering them. When I changed the way I ate and focused on mineral-rich, nutrient-dense foods, my life changed. My migraines disappeared, and I became passionate about teaching others what I was learning about health, energy, and superfoods.

That passion led me to interview David Wolfe at Expo West in Anaheim, California.

At the time, I had absolutely no idea that one day I would start a superfood chocolate company.

I simply loved learning about nutrition, herbs, cacao, and the incredible gifts that nature provides.

One of the books that had a profound impact on me was Superfoods by David Wolfe. Looking back now, I can see how many of the seeds for Luv Superfoods were planted during that season of my life.

My son Austin filmed this interview, and we had such a great time that day. We even ran into David again at the airport afterward. Security had stopped him because his backpack was packed full of herbs, powders, and superfoods. They probably thought they had found something suspicious😂

Sometimes life gives us clues long before we understand where they are leading.

Looking back, I can see that Luv Superfoods was already beginning to take shape, even though I didn’t know it yet.

It’s funny how God plants seeds years before the harvest. 💛
