Albion Basin is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah and each summer, it’s bursting with wildflowers! 🌸✨We haven’t been able to get up there this year, but I love reliving this magic.

The Albion Blooms quilt pattern celebrates the random bursts of flowers on the hills, and the compass points every direction to represent the wonder in every spot the eye can see. It’s accessible along a dirt road so people of any hiking ability may enjoy the beauty. 🏔️

This pattern is 2 1/2” strip and scrap friendly and you can find it in my shop. 🫶🏻

I hope you’re soaking up the last few weeks of summer and enjoying some fun! ☀️
Throwing it back to this scrappy beauty. 🥰 is fat quarter friendly and those hearts in the design will always be my favorite. 💜 It’s made with by Sharon Holland. This collection is one of my absolute favs and the PURE solids used it the quilt felt just right. The pattern is in my shop waiting for you to make it your own. 🫶🏻

Jessica Jessica Quinn made such a gorgeous throw version! 😍 I love her fabric pull! She’s so talented, creative, and fun. Additionally, she competes with her dogs in competitions. 🐾 How cool is that?! One of her “helpers” may have gotten a little rambunctious with her quilt top, so we “repaired” it with some Adobe Illustrator magic (not Al magic though). ✨

Never Forget. ❤️🤍💙 Expressing sincere gratitude this Memorial Day for those who gave the ultimate sacrifice, as well as their families. To those who defend the defenseless, I’m so grateful for you.

My grandfather was an immigrant who served in WWII. He never talked about the war and I can’t imagine all he experienced. Sending love to anyone fighting internal battles due to the effects of war.

This version of the feels like the Spring to me. 🌸 Inspired by my great grandma Dora May who loved baseball and basketball and even kept stats on the players! 🤯 You can see the ball shapes and baseball diamond shapes in the design of the quilt. It’s in my shop. 💜

Seven years. 💍 We spent a fun day in Park City to celebrate! and I are just as weird and crazy as when we started. 😆 Cameron had zero idea he’d become a quilt-holding powerhouse (his feet at the bottom of each quilt in the wild). 🏔️He’s seriously the best and I’m so glad we (finally) found each other. 💜
