Fresh off the evaporator, 3rd week of the season yielded 135 gal of sap, which boiled down to 1.3 gal of dark syrup. Brings out season to 430ish gal of sap and just under 5 gallons of syrup. And that might be the end of it. This week's temps look closer to pool weather than maple season weather. So I'm thinking it's going to be the last of it. I have quite a bit left, shoot me a message.

Fresh syrup is ready. Collected 203 gallons for the week, and ended up with 2.43 gallons of nice amber syrup. Probably the best looking in my opinion, of the year. 13 hrs in the shack yesterday, actually ran out of bottles, so just finished up the last 2 tonight. Weather this week isn't great, probably will be boiling mid week then who knows when it will cool back off again. Pm me with orders

5 gal to go, 203 gal in the evaporator, hoping to get 2 gal of golden syrup. Finishing from the last 3-4 gallons usually takes 3 or so hours, so should hopefully be done before I fall asleep.

8 hr of boiling and the first batch is done, nice light amber to start the year off. Collected 95 gallons to make just over a gallon. Nothing broke and no syrup spilled so good week to start it off. Not sure about next week with colder temps and snow on the way. This batch is already presold, so keep watching for when more is ready.

The 2026 season is here. Just got 41 taps in, a beautiful day to be in the woods. The lines were in good shape, only 1 line hit by a tree and 2, the squirrels wanted to chew a hole in. The weather this week looks pretty good, hoping to make some golden syrup in a week.

Just like that the 2025 maple season is over. Just finished up the last 40 gallons to make the last 3 jars of the year. It was a pretty good year, we collected roughly 560 gallons of sap to make just under 6 gallons of syrup. Thanks to everyone who helped us support the hobby, and for those repeat customers also. Now just to clean it all up and wait for next year.

More fresh syrup from the sugar shack. We had a good week collecting 203 gallons of sap, they boiled down to 2.25 gallons of syrup. Looking at the weather for the week, it looks like this season is wrapping up, there are no more nights below freezing and that will put an end to it for this year. Hoping to sneak in more boil in Monday, and that will be a wrap on the season. I have lots still available, so message me or comment with any orders.
