A friend of mine started a recommendation club because she wanted something that went beyond just books.

Each month, we get together and share our favorite finds, from recipes and skincare to clothing, TV shows, books, places, and new ways to learn. I have discovered so many great things I probably never would have found on my own.

It has also become such a fun idea for girls night. We catch up, share what we are loving, and leave with a whole new list of things to try.

I loved the idea so much that I created The Recommendation Club Journal so everyone can record the recommendations shared each month and keep their favorites all in one place.

Each week starts the same way. You clear your mind.

You write everything down. The thoughts, the reminders, the things taking up space. A simple brain dump to get it all out so you can see it more clearly.

Then you reflect on the week behind you. What you are grateful for. What helped you understand something a little better. What you are choosing to let go of.

From there, you look ahead. You refocus on what matters for the week coming up, what you are looking forward to, and how you want to take care of yourself along the way.

That rhythm is what makes this journal easy to return to week after week.
