Well, ok, I admit it. This is a photo from last year. The dead give away is the sun😄. I went out and rolled all of our trails today. Boy there was a lot of snow out there. Steve will groom it tomorrow. BIG NEWS! For those that haven’t heard. We’re hosting a FULL MOON SKI this Friday Jan 6. The actual ski starts at 7pm so come before. BYO snacks and beverages to enjoy by the fire afterwards. A headlamp may be a plus. Skiers, snowshoers, snow bikes, dogs, and all are welcome of course. Hope we see you there. Call me (Mike) if you have questions 307-450-3035. Happy New Year!!

Hi all. I went out for an afternoon groom. It was cold, snowing and there was a lot of drifting from the last 2 days. The trails have really shaped up nicely now. Our snowmobile just had it's annual service and a couple of repairs so we are set for a great season. (Fingers crossed). Do the snow dance, we can always use more!!! Get out and be good to yourself. Exercise will make life better!!! Right?!

– An avalanche occurs when a layer of snow looses its grip on a slope and slides downhill. Although avalanches occur by the thousands every winter in mountainous terrain, almost all avalanches involving people are caused by people. The more time you are engaged in winter activities, the greater your chances of being caught by an avalanche.

Falls and Deception winter sports trails are all up and running nicely. The base is very firm but light overnight snow is making things nice. I ran the track setter yesterday and plan to do so more often this year. What an awesome start we have to this season! I hope you all enjoy the trails!
