Our friends at The Loch Café & Games have put together an incredible menu for our special Bloomburrow Afternoon M-Tea-G! 🍰☕🃏

🎟️ Make sure to grab your tickets by Tuesday, September 15th! Reserving ahead helps The Loch’s bakers prepare everything for the event. If tickets are still available after Tuesday, we’ll have a limited number of walk-in spots available at Collector’s Connection the day of the event.

We definitely recommend reserving ahead so you don’t miss out!

Apparently Daejon Love is trying to negotiate his way into the sports department at Collector’s Connection now. 😂

He hit the DMs looking for 4 FREE CASES of 2025 Prizm Football Mega Boxes, a private shopping experience, AND wants us to close the store while he’s here. 👀

In exchange, we get “solid publicity” and ONE photo with the staff. 📸🔥

We told him we don’t usually accept exposure as payment… but maybe the 49ers can put it on his tab. 🏈😂

Better late than never......... ;)

What an incredible weekend!!!

🎴 10 tournaments in 2 days
🏆 135 total tournament entries!

The support for both our tournament area and our booth was overwhelming. Thank you to everyone who played, stopped by, or supported us throughout the weekend!

A huge thank you to Matt Glesner from The Loch Café & Games for helping us facilitate everything. We truly could not have done it without him! Also shout out to Andrew from NorthStarCEDH for running two great CEDH tournaments!

I also want to personally thank our incredible staff. They worked tirelessly all weekend, and I could not be more proud of their dedication and effort. Everyone stepped up and helped make this weekend amazing. ❤️

I can’t wait to see how Excalibur CON continues to grow and where TCGs in the Northland can go from here! ⚔️

Every now and then, a supporter comes along with a story that is completely unique, and Evan’s definitely made us smile.

Evan is a professional Pokémon player who recently chose Lake Superior Zoo as the charity he wanted to support through a competitive Pokémon event. By putting his skills, strategy, and passion for the game into action, Evan helped bring some extra magic to our zoo community.

We are incredibly grateful for this thoughtful gift and for the creativity behind it! Just like Pokémon trainers build connections with creatures from all over the world, our mission is to help people of all ages connect with animals, nature, and each other. Lake Superior Zoo is a zoo for families, friends, kids, adults, lifelong learners, and animal lovers of every kind. A zoo for everyone.
