DeBora Rachelle Inc., aka Packwrite

DeBora Rachelle Inc., aka Packwrite DeBora Rachelle was the most recognized name in Prom Dress designers. Now into unique travel products Her dresses were sold to every state and most countries.

DeBora Rachelle was established in 1990 with the opening of their first store. By 1993 DeBora Rachelle had 3 stores and was well into the process of having a multi-chain store. In 1994, the original store was expanded and DeBora Rachelle (DR) was the first prom dress store EVER on the internet. DeBora herself learned HTML to make a website as no classes were even taught on the subject yet. By 1995

, the Internet store was outselling all 3 of the other stores combined and production could not keep up. By 2000 manufacturing of DR's designs was transferred to China and 3 DR factories were established there. DeBora's dresses were everywhere, on celebrities, at the Oscars, in movies, in TV shows, and shown in every major magazine. By 2007, DR was the number #1 most recognized name among Prom Dress designers in the world. In 2008, an out-of-the-blue offer came in from a competitor to buy DeBora Rachelle. Debora took the offer and retired but quickly realized, she was too young to retire and too driven to relax. She tried to help other artists by opening up an art fair in 2010 and in 2017. It became the largest art fair in northern MN, which she sold in 2017 when her non-compete clause had ended and she started designing again. This time in the home textiles industry where she invented and patented a new line of bed sheets and duvet covers. After licensing them out in Canada, she went on to pursue her new endeavor, a new suitcase and with the trademarked brand name, "Packwrite". Keep watching for more details.

🚨 BIG MOMENT ALERT 🚨
After 6 years, countless sketches, samples, delays, and maybe a few emotional breakdowns 😅…
💼✨ MY SUITCASE PROTOTYPE IS FINALLY HERE! ✨💼

She’s regulation-size, but don’t let the curves fool you—she’s a little shorter, a little wider, and a whole lot of sass. She's not long and awkward, shes short and fat making her more balanced and easier to maneuver.

There are a few tweaks to make, but they’re easy fixes (thankfully 😮‍💨).

This is the suitcase I always wished existed—and now she does. 🙌

More to come soon… but for now, I’m just soaking in this surreal milestone. 🥹

Well, there were a few things incorrect in this article (such as my son graduated in 2013 not 2023, Chaz is my first business partner ever, I sold my company only because someone made an offer,...lol) BUT, all-in-all it was a good article.

Plans for the Lincoln Park property include a warehouse and retail store for Rachelle's new Packwrite travel suitcase company, with room for additional retail tenants, vacation rentals and condos.

I've been working on this new suitcase idea for over 5-6 years now. I still don't have the suitcase prototype (but we are nearing completion), HOWEVER, I'm committed now as my son and I just purchased a 40,000 sq ft building to house this new business adventure in and more! ~ located in Duluth, MN! We have room to share, stay-tuned as we remodel this enormous building, and if you have any business or retail operations looking for a place to call home, we'd gladly consider renting some of this building! Hop in now so you can join in the process of laying out your own business floor plan. All of those covered-up windows will be the first to go!
