Gwinnett Place Community Improvement District Gwinnett Place CID's mission is to develop Gwinnett’s central business district as a hub for economic and employment activity.

The Gwinnett Place Community Improvement District is a self-taxing district organized in 2005 comprised of 23 commercial properties. Managed by a Board of Directors elected by the area's commercial property owners/representatives.
