I had a great couple in the store yesterday. The gentleman left me a “tip” because I took the time to help his wife find the perfect outfit for an upcoming wedding.He commented on how much he appreciated my fashion advice and assistance.

Yes. He left me a tip. No one does that, but he did.
We talked about the difference between purchasing on line and actually going to a store to receive “excellent fashion advice”. Both he and his wife were so appreciative…it’s simply the customer service we provide for everyone, every day.

It’s why we do what we do.
Human connection.
Truly interested in making you feel happy and confident in what you wear.
