We will be serving Ice Scramble (Iskrambol)
at the International Festival in Lawton on Sept 26 just on Saturday! But the event is Sept 25-27, I will
post their schedule later on!

I’ve been thinking what special desserts I’m going to serve since I have to represent our Filipino Culture, I’m thinking Buko Pandan, Biko, anything UBE of course😊 and more, I’m still thinking how I’m going to prepare a lot that will last for 3 days, No sleeping maybe😂

We will be CLOSED those days here at the Shop, since I’m the only one working here now😬 That’s Sept 25-Friday & 26- Saturday

‼️UPDATE: This is crazy, a lot of us have no Idea right?
Any of you know an App or anything we can use for commercial? So far I’ve search and it says Rockbot & Pandora.

Any of my business friends read this post, I just now found out you have to have a license for letting a local band play at your business. And I also searched about Karaoke for public, this also needed license👀
And I also thought about playing music from your phone with your Spotify account or Apple, guess what? You can’t play it also at your business for your customers, unless you have an App that says, it’s for commercial use then you can play music at your business, Wow👀😬 What do you guys think of this? Am I the only one who’s finding out all about these music licenses?🤣 Thanks Bob's Landmark Eatery for your post, now I’m aware too!

Since I’ll be the only one working starting today😬 I’ll be closing early on Sept 23 so we can watch again this year! It was great last year when we watched! I’m sure it’s going to be colorful & fun this year!❤️

Sept 24-25 Friday & Saturday I will also be CLOSED because QTe’a Boba On Wheels will be joining the International Festival in Lawton this year, it’s our first time so I’m thinking what special desserts I should serve😊

Lately I’ve been loving soft serve, specially when they have Ube & Matcha🤤🤤🤤 But this was in Texas, Carrolton & Arlington🫩

What flavor do you like & what are your favorite places to go to in OKC area?

Edit: I forgot that there’s one in Edmond that we tried 2 yrs ago I think, it was Cloud Soft Serve🤤🤤 I don’t know if they are still open.

💚🩷 A little QTe’a update… LONG POST!

QTe’a is entering a new chapter. 🥹🧋

Starting next week, you’ll be seeing a lot more of just me behind the counter. At the same time, I’ve been thinking hard about what’s next for QTe’a.

I’m currently looking for a better location with more traffic, while also growing QTe’a on Wheels and taking our drinks to more communities and events.

We’re still here in Duncan 💚 but you may also start seeing us more in Lawton & maybe Ardmore! 🚐🧋

One little change to know: when our boba truck is booked for an event, the Boba Shop may be closed that day so I can take QTe’a on the road. I’ll always post ahead of time so you know where to find us!

🏀⚽️🏈⚾️🎾🏐 Wewould LOVE to serve more sports events! We will be in Central High Cross Country Meet on Sept 15, hopefully we will get invited more in the future from other schools too.

I’m not giving up on QTe’a🧋🩷 I’m just figuring out where QTe’a can grow next instead of sitting back and waiting every day.

One more little change- I won’t be doing automatic FRIDAY SPECIALS anymore, but I’ll still surprise you with specials here and there, so keep an eye on our page! 👀🧋

One thing I’m especially thankful for through all these years is every person who has worked alongside me at QTe’a. 🥹💚🩷🧋

QTe’a has never felt like just a workplace to me. Everyone who has been behind that counter, helped make drinks, worked our crazy busy events, laughed with us, and survived those long days 😂 became a little part of our QTe’a family.

Some stayed for a short season and some stayed for years, but each one became part of our story. I’m so thankful for the memories we made and for all the help they gave me in building QTe’a into what it is today. 🧋💕

As I enter this next chapter and you start seeing a lot more of just me behind the counter, it definitely feels a little bittersweet. 🥹 But I’m excited to see where QTe’a goes from here.

That chapter was really special to me. And I’m sad that it’s changing.🥹💚
