On Saturday the 12th and Sunday the 13th of September the Best Buck in the Bay comes again to Duncans Mills for the Gay rodeo.

Today I said goodbye to one of the prettiest dresses in the shop this season. Mid century, Hawaiian, b***d bodice sun dress with the most glorious color and pattern. It fitted the lovely lady perfectly and had her reminiscing on her mother’s time in Hawaii around the same time that the dress was made.

These are the interactions, where i get to hear about history, memories and family stories, that makes having this store such a joy 🧡
