Sometimes we look out back and realize… we didn’t just build buildings. We built opportunities. 🤎

Every little space behind Coffee on 3rd was created with a bigger purpose in mind — COMMUNITY.

We wanted to create a place where other small businesses could have a space to start, grow, dream, and THRIVE. A place where families can gather, kids can play, friendships can be made, and local businesses can support one another.

Because we truly believe there is room for ALL of us at the table. Small businesses don’t have to compete — we can grow together.

What started as an empty space behind a little coffee shop has slowly turned into something we’re incredibly proud of. Building by building, idea by idea, God has continued to show us that Coffee on 3rd was always meant to be about so much more than coffee.

It’s about creating opportunities.
It’s about supporting LOCAL.
It’s about bringing people together.
It’s about loving our community well. 🤍

We built these spaces so other dreams could have a place to grow.

And we’re just getting started. ☕️🏡✨
