Anyone recognize the signature on this g lock slide?
Let me explain... We had this particular one in our store for several days. A customer brought it in for us to ship to a person (ffl transfer) in New York. The person was a good friend of Tom Homan (border czar, acting ICE director).
Tom Homan had carried it into the White House Oval office (slide only, per Secret Service protocol) and Donald J. Trump autographed it. We, in turn, shipped it to New York. Please note, we had to remove the 15 round magazines and the threaded barrel to make it a legal transition. Our contact was going to take one of ours down to MarLago for an autograph, but things went crazy during that time and he wasn't able to make the trip. I was also shown a picture of President Trump signing the slide.

A customer brings his old trusty '94 for you to reassemble for him.
Right away, you discover it's missing a very necessary screw.
$6.95 for the screw, plus $8.95 for shipping (mailing). But, it's back together now.

Sometimes, you get more than you pay for. In this case, what was supposed to be a 2 inch barrel, left the factory as a 3 inch.
Quality control must have been asleep and didn't notice that the final machining step of cutting the excess barrel off had been missed.

Our friend from Germany, Bruno Kramm passed away last night after his band's performance in Granada, Spain. He was 58. Sad to hear. He is the one on pictured on the right.

A dark part of world war II history was brought into the museum today. It is a Jewish armband originating either in Poland or Slovakia.
It was law that Jewish citizens wear these or badges identifying themselves as being Jewish.
