New on the menu: our Ginger Hibiscus Refresher 🌺
is finally at Rofhiwa and we couldn't be happier about it! This drink is so good, my God. We are especially excited and proud to carry as this particular business is a fellow Black Ambition finalist 😊 Ask for the drink at the counter!

The wait is over! See Disney's THE LION KING, the award winning Best Musical at DPAC, May 15 - June 9! This one is special. Of course, we'll be cheering hard for all the South Africans in the cast. We've partnered to give folks a chance to win tickets to the show. We have 2 pairs (4 total). Enter to win at the shop. The box and slips are on the counter. Good Luck!

We know that Easter can be an acutely somber time for those of us - especially those of us who are Black and gay - who have suffered religious trauma but haven't quite found the heart with which to abandon faith. If nothing else, because of those women we call our grandmothers who taught us love and reverence. It is a strange feeling.

We've really enjoyed watching you all chip away at this puzzle. What a collective effort!!! We tried for a while to contain the lone pieces to the block, but you have insisted on the sprawl across tables, so we gave up our little protest. It is nice to see the tops of the tables again ☺️🖤

Originally published in 1982, All the Women Are White, All the Blacks Are Men, But Some of Us Are Brave: Black Women's Studies is the first comprehensive collection of black feminist scholarship. Morning! A gentleman called the bookstore this week looking for a book on CD - rare for us, but it happens from time to time.

But on thus note - we have a cute and mighty cluster of Libro.fm members who have been supporting the bookstore pretty consistently over the months. Thank you 🥰 Thought we might take the time to spotlight this lesser known service we offer through Libro.fm. Link in Bio or, if you are readingbthis on FB libro[dot]fm/rofhiwabooks
