Responsibilities and Duties
• Assisting customers with product information and availability
• Learn and provide technical knowledge of new products to customers
• Stocking & keying inbound materials
• Product placements
• Basic cleaning of retail store including showcases
• Fulfilling orders from inventory on hand
• Taking physical inventory, noting items, quantity on hand, and preparing appropriate documents for processing
• Troubleshooting of devices
Qualifications and Skills
• Experience with va**ng or work experience in va**ng industry a plus
• Proficiency to communicate in English
• A High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Able to work as part of a team as well as the ability to work independently.
• Ability to continuously learn a large number of products
• Basic computer experience, tablet
• Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers.
• Ability to work flexible schedule
• Prior retail experience (strongly preferred)
• Reliable Transportation to/from work and Demonstrated Reliability
• Personable and Committed to Great Customer Service
