One of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever had was attending the Torrid casting call in San Antonio. 💕
I have never felt so beautiful, so welcomed, and so seen. Walking into that event and being surrounded by so many beautiful women who were kind, encouraging, and uplifting was such a special feeling.
Everyone there made you feel welcomed, supported, and celebrated. And honestly, that is the type of community I would love to surround myself with — women who empower each other, encourage each other, and remind each other of their beauty.
I want to thank my sister for encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone and go for this opportunity. And I want to thank my husband for driving me 2.5 hours to this event and supporting me every step of the way.
I feel so proud of myself for taking that leap of faith. For being the girl who has always pushed herself to try new things, step outside of her comfort zone, and pour love into herself and others.
Although I arrived a little late and didn’t get the chance to meet the casting director, I’m trusting God with the outcome. I showed up, I gave it my all, and I believe that what is meant for me will be for me. I’m praying that my photos and application are seen, but I also know that God’s plan will always be greater than anything I could imagine.
There were so many beautiful women there, and each one had her own story and her own reason for showing up. Being surrounded by that kind of confidence, kindness, and encouragement was truly inspiring.
No matter what happens, I am so grateful for this experience because it reminded me that sometimes the biggest victory is simply having the courage to show up.
And if you have ever wanted to do something like this — whether it’s a dream, an opportunity, or something that scares you — I hope this reminds you to just go for it.
You never know what beautiful experiences are waiting for you on the other side of fear. 💕
