💡 Bringing Dobson Arena to life, one scene at a time. 🏒

Our lighting team has been hard at work programming the new show lighting system at Dobson Arena in Vail, creating over 10 custom lighting scenes designed to transform the atmosphere for every kind of event.

From team-specific looks for the Vail Yetis, Huskies, and Mountaineers to pregame hype, intermission entertainment, dance sequences, and the National Anthem, these new capabilities bring a whole new level of energy to the ice. We’re also programming logo shootout spots, goal celebrations, end-of-game scenes, public skating, general skating, and seasonal looks for Christmas and the Fourth of July. 🇺🇸🎄

This investment goes beyond upgraded fixtures. It gives Dobson Arena the flexibility to create memorable experiences for athletes, fans, families, and the entire Vail community, whether it’s game night, a special event, or an afternoon on the ice.

We’re proud to help elevate this iconic local venue with professional-grade lighting, custom programming, and new possibilities for entertainment.

Big things are happening at Dobson Arena! ⚡

A beautiful setting for an unforgettable evening! ✨

We recently had the opportunity to support an event at Dunbar Ranch in Aspen, a stunning 160-acre property surrounded by the Colorado mountains, with breathtaking views of Independence Pass and Aspen Mountain.

With approximately 300 guests gathering for the evening, our team helped bring the temporary tent installation to life with temporary power and internet connectivity, along with ambient lighting throughout the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Producing events in unique outdoor settings takes thoughtful planning behind the scenes, especially when it comes to ensuring reliable infrastructure for a seamless guest experience.

Grateful to be part of bringing these special events to life across Colorado!

Still thinking about this one! ✨

Last Wednesday, we had the pleasure of opening up the Altitude AV Warehouse for the Vail Valley Partnership Mixer, and what a night it was!

Great people, great music, great food — and most importantly, a great cause.
Together, everyone who joined us helped raise over $800 for Heads Up for Hope through ticket proceeds. We’re so grateful to everyone who came out, supported the evening, and helped make that possible.

A huge thank you to the incredible local partners who brought the night together:
🎶 Runaway Grooms for an amazing live performance
🍖 Moe’s BBQ for keeping everyone well fed
🍻 Eagle River Brewing Company for the drinks
🌸 Petals of Provence for the beautiful florals
🥂 Event Rents for the cocktail tables, barstools & linens
❤️ Heads Up for Hope for being our nonprofit partner

And of course, thank you to Vail Valley Partnership for giving us the opportunity to host and to everyone who came through our doors!

We loved getting to show off our space, connect with so many members of the Vail Valley community, and celebrate the people who make this place such a special one to work and live in.

Until the next one! 🥂

🚨 Big things are taking shape at Dobson Ice Arena!

We’re excited to be installing 10 CHAUVET Professional COLORado PXL Curve 12 fixtures at Dobson Arena in Vail, bringing a new level of dynamic show and game lighting to the venue.

The PXL Curve 12 is a fully pixel-mappable, IP65-rated RGBW LED batten featuring 12 individually controlled 45W LED heads. Each head offers independent control of color, zoom, and tilt, giving our team the ability to create everything from tight beams and vibrant washes to complex, animated lighting effects.
