As we approach our two year anniversary here at The Bike Depot we received notice today of a 5 Star Google review. Not only was this customer patient with his warranty swap, he also took the time to give a detailed review. This marks 70 five star reviews so far. Here is a copy from Google:

​"If you are debating whether to buy an e-bike online or from a local shop, do yourself a favor and go see Nick, Danny, and the team at The Bike Depot in Easley. The level of customer service they provide is something you will absolutely never get buying directly from a website.

​I recently purchased an e-bike that unfortunately had a faulty controller right out of the box. The guys put in a ton of effort trying to repair it, and when that didn't work, they handled all the hassle of getting a replacement sent from the manufacturer.

During the wait, I realized the original style of bike just wasn't the right fit for my riding needs. When the replacement arrived, they went completely above and beyond and actually allowed me to swap it out for a Nomad 2X full-suspension bike instead.

​They made what could have been a frustrating situation incredibly easy. I also want to give a special shoutout to the young man working this past Saturday who took the time to meticulously set up my suspension and help me get everything adjusted.

I put 40 miles on the new bike over the weekend, and it rode absolutely perfectly.

​You just can't get this kind of dedicated, face-to-face support and flexibility from an online retailer.
