Just got these Grief cards in. I know several people in my life that could use these right now. We all do. Grief is everywhere. It doesn’t have to be recent grief either, grief knows no time or space. Maybe, after all this time, you are finally able to face your grief. Support yourself. Or a friend who could use this as a gift.

Whether you lost a loved one, a pet, a job, a part of yourself, or your child is going off to college…support yourself through your grief. Grief is part of life. Allowing it to be here, and finding different ways to interact with it, could be the most beneficial thing you could do for yourself.
