Back at Hotel Canandaigua today supporting another corporate meeting.

Every event is a little different, and our Audio Visual packages are designed to scale with the room, the agenda, and the audience — without overcomplicating things. When the setup fits the event, the day runs smoother and the focus stays on the conversations that matter.

I want to share one of those event days that sticks with you.

We started the morning with a single ballroom and three screens.

At lunch, air walls came out and the space became three separate breakout rooms — each needing its own sound and video.

After lunch, everything came back together into one large room again.

That kind of day only works if you're planning for the room to change shape, not just run content.

I stayed on site, treated the system as something dynamic, and worked through each transition deliberately.

The event flowed because flexibility was built in from the start.

Days like that are why I love this work.
