This Memorial Necklace Pendant is cast in clear resin with peach tones, accented with pink, yellow and green mica powder swirls. Amid the color splashes rest this sweet kitty's ashes and golden crushed glass. The colors are custom mixed to match the clients inspiration photo ( Below). All necklace pendants come on this black leather cord and can easily be changed out to your favorite necklace chain.

🐈‍⬛Pet Memorial Suncatcher🐈‍⬛

This 5" Memorial Suncatcher was made for my client "J" in memory of her sweet kitty, "C". It includes flowers from "J" as well as a few of my own from my gardens and inventory. I used dark purple violets cut into tiny heart confetti to represent "C's" dark coloring.

It features amethyst for healing, pink and coral colored crushed glass, gold leaf, peony, rose, lavender, violets, daisy, calendula, chrysanthemums and ferns all cast in clear resin. "C's" ashes are featured throughout the piece, and were mixed with pearl white mica powder. I think this boho inspired piece is just beautiful and I'm so excited that "J" loves it as much as I do. "C" can now rest in her favorite window again.

🌿5 inch Memorial Suncatcher🌿

This custom suncatcher for my client "S" has been made for her brother, "N". His Two year Angelversary is approaching and she wanted something beautiful to gift their parents. "N" loved nature and cooking. I took that information and created this design. I've incorporated Rosemary, Thyme, Sage, Chamomile and Ferns, along with green crushed glass, Adventurine for emotional balance, and Amethyst for emotional healing. I hope they love this piece like I do.

She loved her Dad's cremation ring so much that she asked me to make another ring. This time using her very patriotic husband J's ashes. She wanted his cremains to be a visible focal point and she wanted the colors of our great nation if possible.

So this is what I came up with. The red and blue glass surrounded by her husband J. The ring is cast in a pearl white mica pigment, I used 2 crushed red glass pieces to represent her and her husband that rest inside the crushed blue glass all hugged tightly by J's ashes. The pictures don't do either of these rings justice. I have two larger pieces I'm working on for her, but I can't wait to get these guys back home where they belong!

This beauty needs to finish curing, but I'm super excited with how it came out!

This ring is for a daughter who lost her dad, C. He was a proud U.S. Marine. I'm working on two larger pieces for her as well to honor her dad and her late husband J. This piece is done in durable gold plated alloy ring, with mica flip color pigments, human cremains and crushed glass. I can't wait for her to see all of her pieces❤️🤍💙.

There are multiple styles available including the two shown here ( crescent moon and oval) as well as rectangle, square, triangle and tear drop shapes all are approximately 1" in length. These particular pieces are made-to-order using Human cremains, and dried flowers.
However, they can be made using color pigments, crystals, glitters, etc. If you can dream it, I can make it!

Good morning! Some of you are aware of why I have started my small business making Memorial Keepsake Art. You may already know why my focus is on Human and Pet Cremains, funeral and or special occasion flowers and Momentos. Some of you may not...I wanted to share a little of why this labor of love means so much to me.
I started this business as a way to honor my late brother, Ryan (aka Rye). Hence, "Rye's Above" was born from the ashes of my family tragedy. We lost Rye in February 2021 in a freak snowmobile accident. That night changed my family and myself forever. Finding a way to navigate my grief was becoming overwhelming. It was consuming me with a dark and deep saddness. I struggled a lot and still do coping with his loss. He was my best friend my whole life. He was so full of life and then he was just "gone". Nothing made sense anymore. Rye had been through hell and back, overcoming so much in his short 34 years. He was kind and loving, so very funny and he was a true giver and lover of people and animals. An accident stole him from us, and stole what our future was supposed to be. At times it seems like just too much to carry... Like the world is falling in on us. I needed to find a way to keep his memory alive. I began putting my heart and energy into my art and found it helped to ease the intrusive, painful thoughts that grief brought me. It kept my mind busy as my heart was breaking. Nothing can bring him back, but I can make sure his name and his memory live on forever. I hope to make my brother proud, by helping others in his name. I look forward to creating beautiful uplifting pieces for you. I hope through this process to heal my own heart and yours along the way.
I know first hand, how difficult losing someone is, how earth shattering it is and how important a memorial keepsake can be. It can bring beauty and light into the darkness when we need it most. I can offer you something beautiful to remember your loved ones or pets by- at the fraction of the traditional glass pieces made by the crematoriums.
