If you're looking for a fresh way to use maple syrup beyond pancakes, this Maple Blueberry Vinaigrette is a great place to start. It's lightly sweet, tangy, and pairs beautifully with mixed greens, goat cheese, pecans, grilled chicken, or your favorite summer salad.

Maple Blueberry Vinaigrette
🫐 ½ cup fresh blueberries
🍁 3 tbsp pure Vermont maple syrup
🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
🫒 ¼ cup olive oil
🥄 1 tsp Dijon mustard
🧂 Salt & pepper to taste
Blend until smooth and drizzle over your favorite salad.
