It's hard to believe that October is right around the corner, but it is! Join us for this cozy half-day wellness retreat at the beautiful Śaranam Center for Healing & Transformation where we will ground into the Fall season. We will have a sound bath by Ashley from combined with the heart opening softness of Cacao, a walk through the forest, group meditation, gentle yoga, journaling, and delicious seasonal food to nourish the soul.
