With the annual Maine Pottery Tour set to take place the weekend of May 3 and 4, the new Harpswell Clay Workers collective will gather to display and sell pottery, offer demonstrations and share knowledge about their beloved craft.

It's my annual "It must be Spring because pots are drying on the deck" photo. This image harks back to the ads for Big Creek Pottery, where 50 years ago, just about this time of year, I learned to be a production potter. My life is about lines of connections.
