Dot cake, but make it gluten-free with a Protein Pints twist 🍰✨

We made ours with mini gluten-free cake rounds, Peanut Butter Chip Protein Pints, and sprinkles on top.

Easy mini cake rounds:
1. Mix 1 cup almond flour, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp melted coconut oil, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
2. Pour a small amount into a greased mini muffin tray.
3. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 14 minutes, or until the centers are set.
4. Let cool completely, then pop the mini cake rounds out of the tray.
5. Add one cake round to the cup.
6. Top with Peanut Butter Chip Protein Pints and sprinkles.
7. Grab a spoon and enjoy.

Gluten-free, simple ingredients, and made even better with Protein Pints.
