It’s Thursday, which means we’re working on customer mockups and knocking out some new designs before diving into making hundreds of patches.

I’m curious how everyone else runs their shop…

Do you have designated days for certain tasks—design days, production days, shipping days, etc.—or is it just DO EVERYTHING, EVERY DAY as it comes in? 😂

We’ve definitely done both, but having certain days dedicated to specific parts of the business seems to make the chaos a little more manageable.

What’s your shop routine look like?

Not a bad first day back. 80 shirts, 400 hats, and 550 patches, and 45 ColdForge Canvas sheets shipped and about 80% through the emails and DM's. Im getting there ya'll but i go from the oldest ones first so if youve got multiple messages its pushing your messages to the top and I should get to em today.

This one ran live on our Ohio press today.

Highly recommend using the schedule posts feature when you're making content for the month.

You can knock out a whole week's worth of posts in under an hour, schedule that s**t, and go back to actually running your business.

Because eventually you're gonna get busy. Or tired. Or buried in orders. Or you'll open Facebook, stare at the "What's on your mind?" box for 10 minutes and realize there is absolutely nothing on your mind worth posting. 😂

That's when scheduled posts are worth their weight in gold.

Make content when you're feeling productive. Schedule it ahead of time. Then when Thursday rolls around and you're 37 orders deep, haven't eaten lunch, and don't give a single s**t about social media...

Facebook still thinks you've got your life together.

Work smarter, fellas. 😂

Something crazy happened, but we built the Hat Mockup Studio because Shopify was severely lacking one. We thru it up on our Patch Website so people could see what a patch looked like on a hat and in the last 3 weeks hat sales have exploded for business to business customers.

Season's almost here. The hat's already ready.

This is the American Deer Hunter patch going onto a tan trucker. Deer skull set against the Stars and Stripes, UV printed so the color holds up in the field. 🦌

We center it on the front panel with the bottom edge sitting just above the bill seam. That's the flattest zone on the cap, so the adhesive bonds even and the placement stays clean across a full run.

The adhesive is already on the back when it ships. No minimums either, so you can test one on a single hat before you commit to a retail run.
