🎉 We’ve got an opening date!

After months of planning, building shelves, painting walls, meeting with suppliers, and waiting on shipments… we’re finally almost there.

📦 Our last major shipment of diving equipment has arrived, and we’re excited to announce that M.E. Marine & Dive Supply will officially open on 🗓️ Tuesday, August 18! 🗓️

Over the past several months we’ve been working to build a store that serves the Downeast community with fishing, kayaking, camping, and diving gear, and we can’t wait to finally open the doors.

While we’ve stocked the store with a lot of items, this is just the beginning. We’ll continue adding products as we grow, and we’ve intentionally left room to bring in the brands and gear that you want to see. If there’s something you’d like us to carry, let us know—we’re always looking for ways to better serve our local outdoor community.

You’ve heard us say “coming soon” for a while now, so we wanted to show you where things actually stand.

The shelves are starting to fill up, the live bait fridge is stocked, and the store is finally coming together. We’ve got fishing tackle, rods, camping gear, life jackets, marine repair supplies, and more already in place.

We also just placed our last large opening order, which includes diving equipment and additional gear for the store.

We know this has taken longer than we originally planned, and we really appreciate everyone who has stuck with us and continued to support us along the way.

We’re getting close, and we’ll share opening details as soon as we’re ready.

🤿 Meet the Dive Instructor We Work With!

We’re excited to introduce Jason Jamieson of Jamieson Dive Inc., the independent scuba instructor we work with for local training opportunities.

Jason teaches PADI, NAUI, and SDI/TDI courses, including beginner certifications, advanced training, and specialized dive classes.

Jason operates independently from M.E. Marine & Dive Supply, but we’re happy to help connect interested divers with him.

📦 A Big Step Forward for M.E. Marine & Dive Supply!

We’ve reached an exciting milestone and are preparing to place one of our largest opening inventory orders yet.

This next shipment will help us continue filling the showroom with more fishing, camping, paddling, diving, and outdoor gear for our community.

We’re still waiting on final shipments before announcing our opening date, but things are moving forward quickly and we’re getting closer every day.
