Fundraiser! Who needs stocking stuffers?
My 8th grader Dalan has the opportunity to go with Close Up to Washington DC next year...
Well, IF we can raise all the funds in the next month!

He makes these little bead lizards as keychains or bracelets. Any color you want! We may not have the exact ones in this picture by the time you order so, just let me know the colors you want and he'll make it! Each is $5

Taking a break from house hunting.
After the acceptance that I will not be in a new home before Christmas, I needed to step back and take a breath.
I guess it feels like defeat.

I can't force this to happen!
Everything felt right where we needed them to be.
Peace in the Temple bright us hope.

After 5 months of searching for our next home though with nothing feeling just right or timing not being right, I need to step away and just enjoy this season.

Things always seem to get crazy in December so I'll be happy to just focus on what I have in front of me now.
Enjoy the clean, well run home I've always wanted and also dreamed of.

Still don't know what that means for the future and I'm going to try really hard not to think about all the things I don't have figured out!

Time to focus on Christ and making lasting memories in what, will hopefully be my last Christmas in this home, that still kinda fits us all for now.
