We are over-the-moon excited to celebrate Nashville’s own Bethany Joy Lenz and her suspenseful debut novel, THE BETRAYAL OF CORA WEXFORD.

Join us and our partners at the Nashville Public Library Foundation (Nashville Public Library Foundation) on Thursday, October 22, at 6:30 pm for an in-conversation event and signing with Bethany Joy Lenz.

Tickets cost $28 (+ tax) and include a signed copy of THE BETRAYAL OF CORA WEXFORD. Books will be pre-signed, but attendees will have the opportunity to meet Bethany and get their copies personalized at the end of the event!

We hope to see you there!

We’re looking to welcome a new part-time bookseller/voracious reader/expert multitasker/attentive-to-detail self-starter into our fold.

Get all of the details and application instructions on the hiring page of our website, linked in our bio.

(The last time we advertised an opening, we received more than 100 résumés, so I’m afraid we can’t respond to them all. We’ll reach out if we want to chat! 🫶)

August means it’s time for the Nashville Scene’s annual Best of Nashville readers’ poll, and we sure would appreciate it if you would consider voting for us for Best Bookstore (Local). Making the list can be a big boost for a tiny shop like ours, and, well, we certainly aim to BE the best, but of course that’s subjective (and we’re a little biased).

Ballot link is in our bio. You must vote in at least 20 categories for them to count.

Speaking of voting . . . don’t forget that Thursday is the Tennessee primary. Your vote in every election matters—get to those polls!
