We've been trying to muster the courage to announce that Breathe V***r LLC will be permanently closing our doors. The Federal Gov't has made this decision for us. On Sept 10th, the FDA, HHS, and homeland security, headed by RFK and Pam Bondi, conducted a nationwide raid on several distribution centers. They confiscated over 86 million dollars worth of what they call " Illegal Chinese made Va**ng Products." They stormed in with guns and filled armored trucks with everything including American made eliquid. On Sept 30th, the FDA released a statement encouraging retailers to stop selling illegal V***r products. This fall, they will be sending OVER 300,000 LETTERS to retailers nationwide informing them of the pathetic 39 vapes that CAN be legally sold. (Ironically, these items are RJ Reynolds products) (pics of the fda statement in comments) The last 11 1/2 years have never been easy. We have fought local, state, and Federal legislation to protect Adult rights to choose va**ng over smoking ci******es. They are now making it ILLEGAL for us to do just that! There are no words to express how overwhelmingly disappointed, defeated, and exhausted we feel. It has been a genuine pleasure to serve this community. We watched families form and children grow up, we've celebrated milestones, and offered support through loss. Being a part of all of your journeys of becoming cigarette- free was by far, the greatest gift of all. That fact made Everything worth it. Thank you so so much for the last 11.5 years!
