My two oldest kids live in Louisville and work for the company who does most of the work at Churchill Downs. Derby week is an entire week of crazy, busy FUN. They started Tuesday off with 502 day, Thursday was Thurby, today Oaks and finally tomorrow the Derby!

I also wanted to share a picture of my daughter at Oaks last year (she is the blonde on the left) and wish her a very Happy 28th birthday…technically it is tomorrow but she will be celebrating the Derby with friends

She was born on a Derby Saturday! She also shared her 16th birthday with the grand opening of Vintique, helped name our shop and handpainted the sign that hangs in the front window. She also sells vintage clothes at the shop.

Anyway, if you are looking for some horse decor for your Derby party be sure to stop in. i will try and add some more pictures to this post later. I completely forgot to take them last night 🫤
