Grainger Pottery Sandwich, located on Cape Cod, is a small, family owned business that creates handmade ceramic fish. Caroline and Lauren Grainger make over 100 different species of realistic ceramic fish, made to hang on the inside or outside of a home as wall décor. Grainger Pottery Sandwich has all of the major New England species, plus a variety of southern, tropical, and freshwater fish. The

Grainger’s make plaster molds from a real fish, and hand-press clay into the molds. Grainger Pottery Sandwich is a continuation of Grainger Pottery, which was created by Geoff Grainger. The Grainger Girls’ Uncle and Aunt, Geoff and Karilon, have a shop located in Marion, Massachusetts. Geoffrey created an array of products, which satisfied his hobbies of pottery and fishing. The Grainger Sisters have expanded the fish making into the town of Sandwich.

Our uncle Geoff had a personality that brought such joy to our lives. We never imagined our summer jobs working with our uncle would set us on the path to owning our own studio. We couldn't have done it without him and are proud to continue on his legacy. His laugh and stories will be sorely missed.
