We had a great time yesterday with Senator Rosemary Brown at tea shop. Hopefully we will see Senator Rosemary Brown soon again and do more tea tasting.

I know you probably wondering what are the benefits of this plant. In asia, this is very common veggie we consume and it is one of the Chinese medicine. We prefer food= medicine. Therefore, we use Perilla ( also name Shiso) in cooking all kinds of way.
