A quick update from Micah & Amanda’s Bitchin’ Kitchen:

Unfortunately, we won’t be making it to our scheduled events this weekend.

Our 1977 value van, Carrie, finally broke down on our way to Camp Punksylvannia last weekend. As much as we love her, we’ve reached the point where the repairs outweigh the value of the vehicle. After a lot of discussion, we’ve decided the smartest move is to step back and reassess instead of continuing to pour time, energy, and money into a situation that just isn’t sustainable.

This definitely isn’t how we imagined our season unfolding, but sometimes the best decision is the hardest one. We’d rather take the time to figure out the right path forward than keep patching things together one week at a time.

We’re disappointed to miss these events and sincerely apologize to the organizers, our fellow vendors, and everyone who was planning to stop by and see us. We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support.

Over the next little while, we’ll be exploring our options and deciding what the rest of the season looks like. We’ll keep everyone updated as soon as we know more.
Thank you for sticking with us through all of life’s adventures. Your encouragement means more than you know, and we look forward to seeing you all again as soon as we’re able.

We are having an awesome Camp Punksylvania! We can’t believe it’s the last day! Let’s make it a night to remember! We are posted up just before the skate park to the right of the main stage with homemade vegan and vegetarian eats and treats!

🌿🐝 We’re heading back to the farm!

Join us at Mountbethelfarms on June 26th & 28th for fresh food, good company, and ingredients grown and raised right. Every menu we create starts with a deep love for this farm and the incredible products it produces.

Hey friends! Our pals at the Cozy Kitty Cafe need our help! The very real costs of getting almost 200 stray cats humanely trapped, vet care and adopted in less than a year are greater than you might realize! And these lovely people need a little breathing room! Please give if you are able and share either way!

We are at $330 of a $2000 goal.

The Bitchin Kitchen is officially back for another season, and our June is looking groovy!

You’ll find us at festivals, special events, and what will quickly become our home base for the season — Mountbethelfarms. Anytime you see us serving at Mount Bethel Farms, you can count on a menu built around ingredients grown and raised right there on the farm. From fresh produce to incredible locally raised meats, we’re proud to showcase what they produce.

In fact, Mount Bethel Farms ingredients make their way into our menus everywhere we go throughout the season. Their meats are hands-down some of the best we’ve ever had the privilege of working with, and supporting local agriculture is a huge part of what we do.

We’ll be bringing our usual lineup of handheld comfort food, along with a menu that’s heavily focused on vegan treats and plant-based options. Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, or just looking to try something delicious, we’ve got you covered.

From sweet treats to savory favorites, we’ll be serving up plenty of bitchin’ eats all weekend long while enjoying one of the most badass festivals of the year.
