ATTENTION --- CALL TO ACTION
The Walworth County Health And Human Services Committee (HHS) are striving to alter the legality of all Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) products. Joanne Laufenberg, District 7, County Board Supervisor, has made claims that are aimed at targeting Delta-8 THC, specifically stating that Delta-8 is a more dangerous product than the compound found in its “illegal marijuana” counterpart.
Laufenberg also claims that the variety of available flavors, packaging, and the ease of accessibility for both children and teens, have created a multitude of complications and resulted in, “thousands of adverse events being reported involving Delta-8”.
Although the call for action and support specifically targets only Delta-8 the HHS has also advertised that the intention of their upcoming meeting is to place a complete umbrella ban encompassing all THC products, regardless of age. This action is made in an attempt to abolish all legal THC options and eradicate them altogether with no regard to the federal legalities and extensive regulatory protocols which the state and federal government agencies enforce upon h**p and cannabis companies as a whole.
Unfortunately, there is no mention or recognition of the many beneficial aspects which the variety of cannabinoids provide. However, many of our friends, families, social circles, or even personal lives have found benefit from the use of the various naturally-occurring cannabinoids available for consumption. Many individuals have found various levels of more organic relief from a multitude of their individual complications as a direct result from the use of such endocannabinoids.
We do not intend to remain silent in this discussion. Over the years we have been in operation, we have grown to know and care for so many individuals on a personal level superseding the confines of a traditional business perspective.
Many of these individuals have experienced unparalleled benefits from the use of natural aids such as THC. We want to offer our voice in a show of support and advocacy. If our voice can be used to influence, educate, and inform, we hope that we can offer an alternative view to the infringement upon our rights, happiness, and relief as a society in Walworth County.
To such an end, we have more information available at all of our physical locations as well as a way to conveniently offer your backing support and voice if you would like to do so.
If you would like more information or to offer your personal testimonial in support, our team would be happy to provide more information or put you in contact with the team currently working on the project.
