The Coasted Girl’s Guide to September 🍂🌊🤍

September on the coast is a little bit of everything… hydrangeas still blooming, sweaters making their way back into the rotation, one more beach sunset, the first taste of fall, coffee dates, shopping small & finding beauty in the season God has us in. 🎀☕️

We’re holding onto the salty air while welcoming cozy layers, changing leaves & all the sweet little things that make a new season feel special.

And speaking of new seasons, we want to give the biggest congratulations to our sweet neighbors at 🪷🌜 Lunar Lotus 🌛🪷 Specialty Drinks and JoJo’s Bakery on their reopening! ☕️🥐🤍 We’re so happy to have them back and to see another local small business entering such an exciting new chapter.

Three generations of Coasted Girlies. 🤍🌊

Grandma, mom & daughter, all visiting Coasted together. A beautiful reminder that no matter your age, you can always be a Coasted Girly. 🐚

Seeing these three women together meant more to me than they probably realized.

Coasted is a business I have the blessing of running alongside my own mom, and family has been woven into its story from the very beginning. My Mimi was able to come to Coasted, see the boutique, and be a part of this chapter of my life before we lost her this past February. Those memories have become even more precious to me now.

Since her passing, there is something especially touching about seeing grandmothers, mothers, and daughters come through our doors together. It reminds me just how special it is to have those generations together while we can, and how much of the women who came before us we carry with us.

There’s something beautiful about the bond between generations of women: the traditions passed down, the lessons learned, the love shared, and all the little pieces of our mothers and grandmothers that become part of who we are. 🤍

Coasted is for every generation.

For the daughters finding their style, the moms who never lost theirs, and the grandmas who prove that being a Coasted Girly never comes with an age limit. 🌊

Three generations, one very special visit, and a moment I’ll hold a little closer to my heart. 🤍🕊️

A little get to know me moment 🤍🌸

Here are 4 fun facts about the girl behind it all:

🎀 I’ve been a Type 1 diabetic since I was 6 years old.
🎓 I studied at SCAD, majoring in the Business of Beauty & Fragrance with minors in Fashion Marketing & Fashion Journalism.
🕯️ My very first business was Cape Crescent Company, where I made soaps and candles from my apartment and family home. Tiny beginnings really do grow into bigger dreams.
⛪ I’m part of New Hope Church in Plymouth, and my faith is such an important part of who I am and how I approach life and business.

There are so many little pieces of our stories that make us who we are. These are a few of mine. 🩷

Now you officially know me a little better, whether you asked to or not. 😂✨

THE END OF AUGUST 🤍🌊

As August begins to fade into September, I can’t help but look back on this summer with so much gratitude.

For every girl who walked through our doors, placed an order online, shared a post, told a friend about Coasted, came back to shop again, or simply cheered us on from afar… thank you. Every bit of love you’ve poured into this little boutique has meant more than you know.

This summer was filled with hydrangeas, sunshine, salty Cape Cod days, pretty new arrivals, familiar faces, new Coasted girlies, and so many little moments that reminded me why I started this in the first place. 🐚🩵

Most of all, I’m grateful to God for continuing to open doors, guide this business, and place the sweetest people along the way. Coasted has grown into something so much more than clothes. It’s a community, and getting to create something beautiful for all of you is a blessing I never want to take for granted.

Here’s to the end of August, a summer I’ll always be thankful for, and all the beautiful things still to come. 🌸
