After giving birth, your body goes through major changes, and postpartum recovery takes time. This beautiful mama came to Chanell Diane for a properly fitted waist trainer to support her during her postpartum journey.

If you can easily pull your faja away from your body, you’re constantly having to adjust it, or you have excessive looseness or bunching, pay attention! 👀

Your body changes throughout your recovery, and the faja that fit you in the beginning may not be the right fit later.

Don’t just keep wearing it because “it’s the one I have.” Your compression garment should fit properly for the stage of recovery you’re in and according to your surgeon’s instructions.

If you’re not sure if your faja is fitting correctly, get professionally fitted instead of guessing. 💕
