For a period of three years, at the manufacturer's sole discretion, any component of this equipment will be subject to failure due to material or workmanship, and parts or kits will be provided to the original purchaser free of charge, with shipping costs borne by the purchaser. TYLZA offers free shipping to multiple locations in the United States (except Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico). And, TYLZA offers free shipping on all products. We use UPS, EMS and FBA logistics to ship your order in a very sealed package. TYLZA ships on normal business days, Monday through Friday (non-holiday). Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the next business day. All Tylza products will be shipped from a U.S. warehouse address at a time to be provided by the carrier. You may initiate a return for a refund within 30 days of receiving the item. Returns outside of the 30-day return window will not be accepted. You may contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior request for return will not be accepted. Of course, if your return is due to an error on our part, we will pay for those shipping charges.
