Hi all. I need a little help down in my neighborhood. I know, a huge understatement... Over the years I remained very optimistic about the area I chose for my business. I love being in an area of people helping people. Unfortunately, this neighborhood is becoming more and more unrecognizable, and I've had to give up on many of my solo attempts to better the area. Since most property owners/organizations/the city lack a daytime presence to manage their properties, the area looks neglected and resembles a landfill. I know I'm not selling this well, but my ask is to hopefully spread the word about the available property across the street from me. I still love my home here and hope I can have a neighbor with the grit to handle the unfortunate lows that come with being in a neighborhood like mine.
I also wouldn't mind if you would encourage these organizations, property owners and the city, to take responsibility for their properties and the effects their organizations bring to the neighborhood... even when they aren't open.
