Hi 💜 This purple sea glass piece was made for a friend, as a gift to her friend, last year. I realized I never did share it. The inspiration for the piece was this woman’s creative spirit, and the resilience of her creativity through challenges big and small.

I miss Fernwood, and the Fernwood community, deeply. My desire to make art has not changed. Maybe I will be posting again… I love you guys, and I hope this post finds you at peace with this moment.

The time has come. At the end of this month, I will be closing Fernwood Jewelry and Wares, as a business, for the foreseeable future. Arriving at this decision has been very difficult, and to be honest, I've been dragging my feet about telling you. This is hard.

The past four years have been nothing short of wonderful, inspiring, magickal, transforming, and life-changing. Thank you for making them so. I have been wildly blessed to be on this adventure... Making art, attending shows, vending in some of the most beautiful shops in Maine, meeting all of you-- a life made up of all of this is a dream I didn't always know I had dreamed. I have found so much of myself through Fernwood. I have found so much love.

It's now time for me to go on a different adventure... On the horizon, I can hear another dream beckoning, a dream whose voice I haven't heard calling for years. I have to follow it. I must. To do so, I need to focus my time and energy on a different full-time job that can provide the financial stability I need to achieve what I am setting out to do.

This is not goodbye forever. I will still be doing my thing: wrapping jewelry, crafting spiritual tools, and digging Maine crystals. I just won't continue on as a business for now. I hope to still share with you my journey as an artist and as a person, here. And, who knows what the future holds? Maybe we'll be fully back on this path again someday...

To celebrate these four years of magick, and all the gifts you have given me, I'd like to offer a big closing sale on all my consigned items at Moon Lady Plants and Pink Crow Collective: 50% OFF EVERYTHING. This enchanting market will be my -only- holiday market, and it will be my last market for… a long time ♥️ I’ve got some lovely new designs coming with me inspired by Yule and the wintery holidays, and I hope to celebrate with you there! Happy December, beautiful souls! 🎄

Hi, you ♥️ I hope you are well and finding peace as the seasons of Earth, and of life, change as they must. I want to check in with you, and offer a few updates as we enter the holiday season…

First~ My little family will be moving soon, again, and with that comes lots of upheaval in my heart and mind. Because of this, I’ve decided that I won’t be offering custom pieces for the holidays this year. However, I may be offering custom jewelry events at your favorite shops, like a custom ring event where you can choose your crystal, metal, and design, and I will make a personalized piece for you in-person! Stay tuned for more information on that ♥️ And, if we have already talked about a specific custom order, I will still be making your piece.. but it will likely arrive a little later in the season.

Second~ I don’t have very many markets planned this season, but I am honored to have my work featured in several shops around Maine: Pink Crow Collective, Moon Lady Plants, and Maine Micro Artisans. I will be sending out new restocks to each of these shops very soon! I will likely be focusing on stocking these shops and the markets I do have scheduled over stocking my website this year. I highly encourage everyone to check out each place, not only to find my work, but also to experience the art of so many other Maine artists and practitioners.

Third~ and most important~ I want to thank everyone for what has already been the most wondrous year of Fernwood yet. You have made a pipe dream an actual reality that I can hold in my hands. I am so grateful to do this work— it’s a blessing I can’t sum up into words. I’m looking forward to wrapping my heart out for you and your loved ones this holiday season, and I thank you for sticking through it with me as I navigate this next phase of life. Your patience, kindness, and support always bring my heart close to bursting. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I couldn’t do any of this without you.

We had such an amazing time at Definitive Brewing’s Nite Market over the weekend 🍁 Thank you so much to every person that made this evening an unforgettable one. These Nite Markets have become one of my favorite good vibe events to attend 🧡

Next up is the Witches Faire in East Madison this Sunday— another favorite!! Come see us and celebrate the magic of the season ✨
