Farewell to Scully Sea Products
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of Scully Sea Products retail oyster farm operations. This decision was not made lightly. Since taking over in 2021, we've had the privilege of bringing the ocean's finest directly to your homes and sharing our passion for sustainable seafood with each of you. These connections have been truly meaningful to us.
Though closing this chapter wasn't an easy decision, we're grateful for everyone who supported our vision during this time.
While Scully Sea Products is closing, our commitment to quality seafood continues at Jolie Rogers Raw Bar (8 Railroad Ave, Wiscasset). Visit us to enjoy many of the same beloved oyster varieties you've come to appreciate. We're excited to continue offering oysters and our signature sauces for retail purchase alongside our restaurant menu – bringing together the best of both worlds in one location.
As we turn the page to the next chapter, we carry with us the spirit of this beautiful industry, the lessons we’ve learned along the way. Thank you all once again, we truly appreciate your support and the memories we’ve shared. Thank you for being a part of our journey.
