Ingredients:
2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, cubed
1 cup Dixie Grace's Boiled Peanuts
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 celery stalks, finely diced
¼ cup green onions, sliced
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp apple c***r vinegar
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:
Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender. Drain and let cool.
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, chopped boiled peanuts, eggs, celery and green onions.
Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, relish, paprika, salt and pepper.
Pour dressing over the potato mixture and gently toss until combined.
Chill for at least 1 hour.
Garnish with paprika, green onion and Dixie Grace's Boiled Peanuts.

Recipe:
1. Shell the Dixie Grace Original Boiled Peanuts and pat dry with paper towels.
2. Spoon small clusters onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3. Drizzle or spoon melted dark chocolate over each cluster until coated.
4. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
5. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
