Dear Valued Customers,
Today for the first time we had to ask someone to leave our business and not return. Using vile language and disrespecting our employees will not be tolerated in any way. My employees had mentioned past issues with this customer, but I experienced it first hand myself today. We always will do our best to fix device issues within the boundaries of the FDA Deeming Regulations. We do require customers to keep their composure while we go through the steps to narrow down what is causing the issue.
