Still can’t believe this entire backyard started with a pool kit we ordered online 🤯

Doing this ourselves saved so much money! It just took some learning, labor and time.

We still have some finishing touches to do back there, but seeing the pool, patio, fence, and retaining wall all finished has made every bit of the hard work worth it.

My husband does have a construction background, and that was a huge advantage for us. BUT, you don’t have to do every step yourself to save money. Many homeowners buy the kit, act as their own general contractor, pull their own permits where appropriate, and hire out the parts they don’t want to tackle. You’ll still save a lot of money doing it that way!
