We’re excited to announce the arrival of our latest Morrow County Farm Blend Soaps have finished curing and are now available at North 134!

Handcrafted in small batches right here in Cardington, these beautiful bars are more than just soap—they’re a celebration of our local roots. We’ve proudly sourced local tallow, local lard, local honey, and pure locally made maple syrup from right here in Morrow County to create a bar that’s as nourishing as it is meaningful.

We were recently asked to create a custom hat featuring Deputy Sherrer’s Unit Number, 973, as a heartfelt tribute. Since then, several others have reached out requesting one, and we’re honored to make them available for a limited time.

Last week, our community witnessed a deeply somber and powerful moment as Deputy Daniel Westin Sherrer's body was brought home. Today, we are sharing aerial drone footage of that procession—captured with great care and reverence by Aerial Image and Recovery, LLC — as a tribute to the incredible sacrifice he made in service to us all.

Whether you are part of the Morrow County community, a member of the law enforcement or first responder family, or one of the many across the nation who has grieved alongside of his family and friends— we ask that you continue to lift the Sherrer family in your hearts and prayers as they begin two difficult days and in the weeks, months, and years to come.

Deputy Daniel Westin Sherrer gave his all to keep his community safe. In his honor, let’s come together not just in mourning—but in kindness, compassion, and a renewed commitment to take care of one another.

Monday evening, when I learned of the tragic death of Deputy Daniel Weston Sherrer, my heart sank. Not only as a member of this community—but as a mother, and the mother of a law enforcement officer—I felt the weight of what our brave men and women face every single day to protect and serve us all.

Since hearing the news, I’ve carried a heaviness in my heart, searching for a way to help. How could I show Daniel’s family and friends that they’re not alone—that they have an entire community standing beside them? Several ideas came to mind, some of which I’m still working on with others who have also asked how they can help.

But today, as I stood and watched the powerful procession of law enforcement, first responders, and community members line the streets of Mt. Gilead, I knew I had to act. And I knew there was something I could do.

In Daniel’s honor, I have designed a memorial t-shirt, with all proceeds going directly to the Sherrer family. This is not a for-profit effort for North 134—this is simply our way of showing love and support to a family who has lost so much.

🖤 Here’s how we’re helping:
– For every adult tee (sizes S–XL), we will donate $13
– For sizes XXL–###XL, we will donate $11
– For every youth tee (XS–XL), we will donate $6.50
