An awesome update from Bevan!!!

Who wants good news today??? Oh don't worry I have only 1 more day here lots of finally test and evaluations being done. This morning I took the Asia Spinal cord injury test exam yet again. It's basically a can you feel rhjs and muscle response. The Dr cane thru around 345 this afternoon with the results. I have joined a special group that is 5% of my original score improve as much as I have. The very 1st test score I was basically scores an A worst possible score you can get and recovery is minimal. I now score a C. I should expect 60% within a year. The power of prayer is powerfully. I hope within a year I'm 80% amd walking tough road still ahead but it's going in the right way. THANK YOU ALL

We are pleased to share an updated report about our friend Bevan!

1 week down in inpatient rehab. During that week each day he has physical, occupational, and recreational therapy totalling
3hrs per day. He receives a new schedule each afternoon for the next day so he knows what to expect. He has feeling to his ankles and it is also starting to show signs of feeling in his feet. He is making great progress with the tasks the are given to him to meet the requirements to go home. Staples were taken out on Monday. His incision looks good, however is tender. His spirits are good and he jokes with the staff. We hope to have him home soon. We are still taking one day at a time and making progress. Thank you all for the calls, texts, visits to check in on us all - we all greatly appreciate it. Please continue to pray for a speedy recovery as Bevan is looking to come home sooner than later.

An update from Bevan’s wife, Sandy:
Keep those prayers coming!!

Good morning all!

Bevan is gaining each day! Physical therapy and occupational therapy have been working him hard. He is slowly starting to get more tingling feeling back in his legs. Which is good as it means the nerves are waking up. He was sitting on the side of the bed supporting himself yesterday.

Yesterday they asked if he wanted a bed downstairs in rehabilitation. He said yes! So today the plan is to move from the 9th floor to the 2nd floor to inpatient rehabilitation.

His diet is back to eating regular food, which he is handling very well. I believe the nurses will miss him on the 9th floor as his sense of humor is back as well.

With help the boys are getting the hay ground covered. Thank you all!

Hey friends! One of our Mill Creek Maple Supply family members, Bevan Jones was severely injured a couple of days ago. He is in Upstate Hospital, Syracuse and has a long road to recovery. We are asking for your prayers for Bevan, his wife Sandy and their entire family. We will post updates here as they are received from the family.

We KNOW that God IS a God of provision and miracles! Thank you! 🙏 🙏
